RDR Ltd is currently looking to recruit a Legal Assistant on behalf of their client ENGIE Fabricom UK Ltd.
This is an excellent permanent full time opportunity for candidates with a Law Degree to work within a commercial environment.
The Legal Assistant will support the Head of Legal by performing clerical and administrative work that requires knowledge of legal terms, documents and procedures.
Working side-by-side with the Head of Legal, the Legal Assistant will pro-actively in ensuring that the contracts of the business are administered in order to ensure compliance, to mitigate risk and to develop long-term client relationships.
The Legal Assistant will support the Head of Legal to minimise contact risk, manage and negotiate variations in contracts, control costs, compile audit and Management Information reporting, engage in both dispute resolution and final account negotiation, as well as involvement in supply chain management.
