Resource Direct Recruitment is currently recruiting an Internal Recruiter on a permanent basis for our client. This position will be remote working with visits to offices in the North of England as required.

Key duties will include:

  • Managing communications with the internal Hiring Managers
  • Organising Recruitment Campaigns
  • Evaluating job descriptions and Posting job Adverts
  • Screening & selection of suitable candidates at all levels
  • Updating status of applicants and vacancies on the ATS system
  • Organising Interviews and feedback
  • Establishing Best Practices within the recruitment processes
  • Attending meetings with internal customers

Qualifications / Experience

  • IT literate, good written and spoken communication skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced recruitment environment essential.
  • A degree is beneficial
  • A FMCG background would be beneficial
