A specialist recruitment agency, part of the global energy group ENGIE – a 150-year-old energy and services provider – has launched a new website following the business opening its innovative engineering and technical recruitment services to external clients.
Now in its tenth year of trading, Resource Direct Recruitment Limited (RDR), which has previously acted as an internal recruitment provider for one of the UK’s engineering and construction companies, ENGIE Fabricom, is now also fulfilling permanent and contract roles for external clients throughout the UK.
The new website has been designed with its clients and candidates in mind. Boasting enhanced features, such as a member’s hub area where candidates will be able to access template forms and information relating to their assignments, the website is very easy to navigate through with vacancies being very accessible.
Established in the North East of England, the business – headed up by senior recruitment specialists with a team of 15 – prides itself on working in partnership with its clients to understand the roles and business needs with the ability to react quickly to meet, if not exceed, client’s expectations.
Speaking about the new website, Elizabeth Leach, Recruitment Manager at RDR, said: “We are delighted to have launched a new website which represents the business as it is today. The site will be easy for both our candidates and clients to use and access relevant information.”
“We have built an excellent reputation for delivering a broad range of specialised recruitment services directly to ENGIE UK and ENGIE Fabricom over the last 10 years. We are pleased that – with the full support of the ENGIE UK group – we are now able to offer this to our external clients.
“With specialised sector knowledge coupled with a highly motivated team possessing extensive experience, we are dedicated on being our client’s partner of choice, through instilling the group’s core values in everything we do of professionalism, integrity and trust.”
